The Grass Is Greener CD Cover

Selected Track:
To Tango Lure and Snare

The Grass Is Greener
Evan Parker (soprano and tenor saxophones)
Han Bennink (percussion)

In their first ever duet recording, two of Europe's strongest improvisors. The music is about as tight as you will ever hear between two improvisors. Working with a percussionist of Bennink's depth and breadth makes Parker stretch even more....as though that were possible. As with all first rate improvisational duos, there is no leader here; only two men working totally as equals.

Comes with our highest recommendation.
