Collective
Calls Eight duets from 1972...the first recording of this duo, edited down from tapes made over a two-day intense marathon of recordings. Originally issued on Incus and long out of print, this cd is another of PSI's must have recordings with two of the masters of their instruments and the art of improvisational composition. Comes with our highest recommendation! 8 tracks in 49:23 minutes If you missed this cd, you might also enjoy listening to: Live At the Glenn Miller Cafe (Doyle and Murray) The Eighth House: Riding with Pluto (Harrison and Santos) Specific Gravity (McPhee and Giardullo) The Duo Recordings (Houtkamp and Lewis) Emancipation Proclamation (Drake, McPhee) Vintage Duets (Anderson and McCall) Lines Burnt In Light (Evan Parker) The Grass Is Greener (Evan Parker and Han Bennink) |
