The Gold Sparkle Band returns with their fourth outing as a working group and their strongest effort yet.  Surging forward with a positive energy and openness, on this recording the group is paving their own way in a unique mix of the ancient fugue form with ultra contemporary jazz compositional melody.  Recorded at various venues during the group's 2000 Midwest tour, the sound quality is excellent.
