Assif returns with the latest incarnation of his big band, the Zoanthropic Orchestra.  Recorded live at the Knitting Factory, this recording captures a wonderful spirit of creativity.  The musicians give one another a great deal of space and the results are both intimate and colossal, the extremes bridged by some excellent soloing.

Comes highly recommended.
