One Dimensional Gut, Multidimensional Groove.

You'll Never Be The Same is a musical journey combining a primal sense of groove and improvisation with Romus' "X" generation angst backed by his ongoing group Lords of Outland.  Very well recorded live at Blondies Jazz Bar in San Francisco, this release pushes the envelope with original compositions, which follow a gut-level groove, and then build upon that structure with free form improvisation.  The music takes the attitude of the grunge music movement, and incorporates it into an acoustic, improvised setting.

Comes highly recommended for some serious jazz grooves.
