Peacock Recordings

Since 2000, Peacock Recordings has been dedicated to documenting a new generation of creative musicians.  Founded by violist, Jessica Pavone, Peacock is out there on the fringe of contemporary string music walking that grey area between contemporary compositions and jazz-inspired improvisation.   The label features many of the younger players inspired by continuing the Braxton tradition of creating challenging music...which should give us all hope.
