"How far can you trust a guy named Dorgon?." --The New York Times
|
Quick Ordering for Repeat Customers |
upsidedowncross dorgon and Laura Cromwell upsidedowncross features dorgon on clarinet and saxophone and laura cromwell on drums. The latest from dorgon, once again proving that there is room for sax players that assiduously refuse to go down paths paived by Ayler, Shepp, Brotwzmann, Wilkinson, and Ware. We are going to new schools here and the ride is most enjoyable. We have also decided here in the Drimala Listening Room that Laura Cromwell is the real secret to dorgon. As with all of dorgon's projects, this CD will change the way you think about the future of jazz. We keep saying it, but this is truly good new, and we mean new, music. Again, packaging features a real jewel box with the usual collection of odd pieces of paper. 60+ minutes of dorgon duos on 9 tracks. |
