Sticks and Stones The members of the Chicago-born Sticks & Stones first got together on the stage of the Velvet Lounge as part of the Sunday night house band back in 1998. This self-titled debut release is typical of the strong music coming from the young players in Chicago these days. Owing much to tradition but interpreting it in their own ways, this young trio has "the sort of transcendent musicality and versatility that has characterized the development of free jazz." Comes highly recommended for a fresh approach to the horn trio genre. 11 tracks in 49:32 minutes :::>>> Tell A Friend About This CD From Drimala You might also enjoy listening to: 47th Street Ghost (David Boykin Ensemble) The Nextspiritmental Musics (David Boykin) Birdhouse (Anderson, Baker, Bankhead, Drake) 19 Moons (Faruq Z.
