Live At Glenn Miller Café, Vol 1
   Jemeel Moondoc (alto saxophone)
   William Parker (bass)
Hamid Drake (drums, frame drum, vocals)

Ayler Records organized a Scandinavian tour for the trio in April 2002, and their performance at the Glenn Miller Café in Stockholm on April 15th was a highlight from the tour.

The trio was in tremendous form and you will hear some of the most soulful and innovative playing ever recorded from Jemeel backed by the Parker-Drake rhythm juggernaut .  Vol1 features two Moondoc titles.   Vol 2 will feature the other half of that night with two more titles.

Comes with our highest recommendation.
