Chicago Defenders finds Jeb Bishop working in one of his favorite forms, the small improvisation structure.  Joined by long time collaborator Sebi Tramontana, Jeb explores the full range of the trombone's possibilities on this recording.   This is a must-have recording for anyone interested in the art of the "bone", and beyond that, a wonderful study in the art of improvisational duet.

Comes highly recommended.
