The second album in the Legends series. Calming, meditative instrumentals on alto flute, shakuhachi, bass bamboo flute, and keyboards. Reflective compositions from the heart of the woodlands, to the will of the mountain. The gentle wildness of a summer breeze on cd.  Like breathing in the forest.

16 tracks in 45:09 minutes.

More from the Rack

"The flute once was a green living thing,
rooted in the deep sleeping soil,
drinking rainwater and bending in the wind.
The sun shone on it and melodies played in the leaves.

Now a hollow wand, I am its wind and water.
The breath from my body gives it song.
My fingers are its branches,
and I breathe in the forest.

Breathe in the forest and hold it inside you.
