On many people's lists of the top 100 jazz albums ever, this is certainly one of the best recordings ever by this legendary Chicago trio.   This trio emerged from the core membership of the AACM to become one of the most influential groups of the '70s and early '80s through 12 albums and almost 13 years of continuous touring throughout the world.

This recording comes with our highest recommendation.
