Naked Mirror
i
died and went to a rainbow on the ethereal plane
God coughed and spit up blood
reason lost nothing gained
spilt milk on granite floor
watch it bounce back
splash in the face
watching eyes probe your body
"activity
embraces the contemplative mind through
torture
activity wished to dream but lacks ultimate
solitude
activity teaches through flowing thought mechanisms
activity comes from embellishment of the outer
entity"
lips,
shoulder blades curved
in the midst of bliss
repeating ancient rhythms
a hail storm in the desert
recreations, incantations, vibrations
in epic clarity
desperate sensitivity cleans the soul with bleach
something crawls inside
searching for knowledge
striving for perfection
aching in agony
rain
dark rain
encapsuled in my pain
ache of confusion
sardonic laughter
biting my lip
to withhold my whip
silence
trickle the new york city
cars-hounds-sounds
stifled by my anti-vision
sunday afternoon dismal cry
in silence
what
pain does touch me
why do i cry without tears
is it un-ending hopeless despair
or only a transitive feeling
of empty space
glowing, pulsing like a heart tumor
dormant
fools grotesquely abide
their intermittent controls
simple versus complex
duality only woe-begotten souls discover
a
glad growing creature retards the sun from becoming too old
looks at itself
for it is a naked mirror
cogs,
gods, ghosts and oil in a world of empty space
