Featuring two-thirds of the Custom Trio, this recording was produced in 2001.  As is typical of the Oles brothers, this recording finds them working behind one of the leading horn men of Poland today who in his own right fronts two of the main working groups in Poland, Loskot and MILOSC.

Trzaska is somewhere between a Vandermark in his compositional aesthetic with the driving power of Brötzmann.  The result is strong, earthy, and all together enjoyable.  Of course the Oles brothers, who many have called the "the best hope for jazz in Poland" are their usual selves...tight, "in your face" and one of the best rhythm sections you will hear on any side of the Atlantic.

Comes highly recommended.
