Double
or Nothing Crew's Choice Selection What happens when you put the DKV Trio on the right channel and the AALY Trio on the left channel....well nothing short of white hot heat! One might think that two trios of this magnitude would get in each other's way, but oh to the contrary here. The musicians leave plenty of space for each other and the results make you wonder why it took so long to bring these two groups together. Featuring covers of Cherry's Awake Nu and Ayler's Angels, this recorcding comes with our highest recommendation. 3 tracks in 51:36 minutes More OKKA If you missed this cd, you might also enjoy listening to: Stumble (AALY) Baraka (DKV) Trigonometry (DKV) Exploding Customer (Küchen, Nordeson, Hallonsten, Quigley) Two Days In December (Vandermark, Strid, Sandell, Stackenas, Nordeson) |
