Continental Jazz Express
   Bobby Few (piano)

As Ed Hazell writes in the liner notes for this exceptional live recording, "Simply put, this is among Bobby Few's finest recordings -- an extended, and perhaps definitive, performance of one of his greatest compositions, "Continental Express."  It carries us on a physical trip around the globe, but more importantly it transports us on a journey through time, through African American history and the history of jazz piano, and beyond time into metaphysics.   It is one man's journey and at the same time it is a universal journey."
