This trio, anchored by the Oles rhythm section, is quite literally tearing up Europe right now.  We had pretty much given up on the notion of anything new happening in free bop around here until we discovered these guys.  Their music is highly energetic, brave, often trance-inducing jazz which echoes Coltrane, Ornette Coleman and free style. Working without a harmonic instrument entails the use of open formulas and the inclinations to reach for what goes beyond the most typical styles and patterns found in jazz.

Produced in 2002, this is the trio's most developed recording to date and one that is not be missed.  If these guys were on this side of the Atlantic, you would have already heard about them long before now.
