SOUTHERN EXTREME

"I am an abstraction, something blue, Plato understood
you can never catch the train North when my truth is you"

time is an abstraction

dancing about us all unaware

of boundaries placed by clocks

chiming at 10, 12, 2,3,4,7,and 9

see the meaning about time

growing and dying, all the same

resolving in its being

"I crave your sweets, knowing the renaissance within
can never reprise a southern extreme"
